Serenity was originally an idea conceived by Mark T. Williams II as a masters thesis while in China. We saw symbiosis and how humans coexisted with nature and saw a dire need to bring back these indigenous ways of confluence back to communities in New Orleans.
The final event had 4 total iterations, 3 in the day and a major activation at night. Generating a positive collective economic opportunity valued at $40,000 total
It all begins with an idea then a vision.
Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Maybe you want to launch a business.
Recapping a memorable community impact.
Hear from the attendees themselves the power of solidarity, environment and art.
The economic vision we had for serenity. Engaging stakeholders of all different types, artist, agriculturalist, entrepreneurs, policymakers and more.
